Process documentation, SOPs & operational manuals

Process maps, standard operating procedures, checklists and manuals that turn how-it-works knowledge into something people can actually follow.

Process documentation and SOPs: a standard operating procedure, process map, checklist and document control
What I build

Turn tribal knowledge into a followable process.

When a process lives only in someone's head, it walks out the door with them. I sit with the people who do the work and turn it into clear maps, SOPs and checklists your team can run.

  • Process maps and workflow diagrams
  • Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Checklists and job aids
  • Operational manuals and handover packs
  • Onboarding and role documentation
  • Editable files, so it stays maintainable as things change
Sample

What it looks like.

A representative specimen in the Workbench style. All figures, names and brands are fictional, real client work is confidential.

FAQ

Common questions.

We know how it works, we just have not written it down.

That is the usual starting point. I interview the people who do the work and turn what is in their heads into clear, followable documentation.

What format will the documentation be in?

Editable files, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or your existing system, so the documentation stays maintainable rather than frozen in a PDF.

Can you keep it up to date?

Yes. I can build it so updates are simple, and optionally review and refresh it on a schedule.
